What a free consultation involves
We look at the space before we quote it.
A quote written from a phone call is a guess. Walking the property is how we find what a photo misses — and it's how you find out what the job actually involves before you've spent anything.

We talk first
Vic asks how you found us and what you're trying to do. Not a sales script — the goal is to understand the problem before proposing anything.

We come see it
For almost every job we'll suggest visiting in person. Photos and measurements miss things: where the existing runs go, what the walls are made of, where a cable can get through without opening anything up.

We survey the space
Plan on more than a few minutes. Vic walks the whole area and talks through every part of the install, so you know what's involved and we know what we're working with.

You get an estimate
An itemized quote for the design we discussed. Then it's your call — no follow-up pressure, no bidding against someone else's number.
